Soak the feet and then rub with the honeycomb side to remove the roughest dead skin and calluses, etc.
When filing, the dead skin does not stick to the metal (unlike the material of other files) but falls in to the removable compartment.
The file always remains perfectly clean.
Run hot water over the file after use and dry it with a cloth.
Sanitize with a suitable product (cleanse hygienic spray 146010 or triple-action cleaner).
