  • Why is a product no longer on sale?

    There are several reasons why a product may no longer be on sale:

    -          If the product is extremely popular it may be currently out of stock and will be available again soon.

    -          We regularly release new products to keep up with new trends and new techniques, and for this reason we sometimes discontinue references and replace them with new products that better meet the expectations of our consumers. 

  • Why can I not order some products on the website?

    Because of their volume, weight or special nature, some of our products cannot by ordered via our online sales website. If you are interested in one of these products, please contact our customer services department: serviceclient@peggysage.com

  • Are Peggy Sage products tested on animals?

    No. Peggy Sage never tests its products on animals. Under European Union regulations, we promise not to sell finished products that are tested on animals or products containing ingredients that are tested on animals.

  • How do I find a product on the website?

    You can find all our products by browsing through the sections of the website via the main menu: 'NAILS', 'MAKE-UP', 'FACIAL CARE', 'BODY CARE', 'EPILATION', 'PRO ACCESSORIES' and 'MEN'.

    You can also use the search bar at the top of the website (to the right of our logo) to search for a product. To search for a product, simply enter a word or expression in the search bar, or enter the product reference number if you know it. 

  • How do I use Peggy Sage products?

    The product sheets on the website include instructions for use to enable you to benefit from all the advantages of our products. There are also instructions on some of the packaging. If you require more detailed information, please contact us at the following address: serviceclient@peggysage.com
