Is the payment for my order on the website www.peggysage.com totally secure?
Yes, payments on our website are totally secure. The information about your order and in particular your banking transactions is completely secure.
If you choose to pay when ordering, to prevent misuse and fraud your bank card details are encrypted and sent using the SSL protocol to the secure payment service provider. We are then sent the payment authorisation. At no point are we in possession of your full card number and banking information and we do not store these details.

What payment methods can I use?
Payment for your purchases in France on the website www.peggysage.com can be made only in euros and will depend on the payment method authorised during the transaction (bank card, PayPal or Paylib). Online payment by bank card is completely secure. We do not accept payments using Maestro, Electron, Pass or Accor cards.

How does the Click and Collect service work?
Using our Click and Collect service you can order your favourite Peggy Sage products on our website and collect them free of charge from one of our stores within 2 hours.
Orders placed using the Click and Collect service can either be paid for online using a bank card or PayPal / Paylib account, or you can pay in store when you pick up your order.

How do I pick up my order in store?
When placing your online order on our website, choose the option 'In-store pickup'. Next, select the Peggy Sage store of your choice. You will receive an email telling you when your order is ready for collection in store.

What happens if my products aren't available in store for Click and Collect?
If you have recently placed an order on our website with in-store pickup via our Click and Collect service and one or more products are not available, a Peggy Sage beauty advisor will contact you to offer you the following options:
- The product that is unavailable in store can be ordered and will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, either to your home or for in-store pickup. You can however still come and pick up the rest of your Click and Collect order in store.
- The unavailable product can be replaced by an equivalent product (the beauty advisor will help you choose a replacement product – any additional charge will be payable).
- The amount charged for the unavailable product can be re-credited to your bank card.

Can I pay for my order with a Peggy Sage gift voucher?
It is not currently possible to pay for your order with a Peggy Sage gift voucher. If you wish to pay using a gift voucher, you can do so in store: http://shop.peggysage.com/
